Barrel Fermented Saison with Watermelon and Sea Salt
Au Revoir is our Barrel Fermented Missouri Saison which was fermented on watermelons in barrels and allowed to mature over almost a year. At maturity, we blended select barrels and finished the final expression with a touch of Sea Salt and allowed it to condition for several months before sharing with you.
